Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the relationship between CuraCap Schweiz GmbH (FACE-Institut brand, the Provider) and the customer in the version valid at the time of booking.

The subject is FACE Method® training packages and certifications (services), not the sale of goods.

The presentation of packages on this website is an invitation to make contact, not a binding offer. The contract is concluded by an explicit booking confirmation from the Provider.

NOTE: Payment and invoicing are not processed via this website. They are handled separately through the systems of CuraCap Schweiz GmbH.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are final prices; no value-added tax is shown: basic package CHF 1,500, additional exercise CHF 350, trainer certification CHF 10,000.

The prices communicated at the time of booking are authoritative.

The FACE Method® is a training offering. Training success depends substantially on the customer carrying out the exercises independently and regularly. The Provider owes the careful teaching of the method, not a particular result.

The FACE Method® does not constitute a medical or curative treatment.

Everything starts with a personal conversation. Afterwards the provider or a certified FACE trainer analyzes the client's face and puts together the individual training plan. The exercises are taught step by step, one new one per session, because precision matters.

The client carries out the daily training on her own at home. Analysis and guidance take place at the studio in Bettlach (Dorfstrasse 41, 2544 Bettlach), by video call or with a certified FACE trainer.

Scheduled individual appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before they begin, by email to office@facetraining.ch, by phone or via WhatsApp. The scope of the booked program remains unaffected; no session is forfeited.

If cancelled later, or in the event of a no-show, there is no entitlement to a prompt replacement appointment. The replacement appointment is subject to the next available opening. In the event of illness or an emergency, a new appointment is arranged together as quickly as possible.

The free initial conversation can be cancelled at any time at no cost; the provider asks for timely notice. The statutory right of withdrawal for customers in Germany and Austria remains unaffected by this provision.

Swiss law applies. For consumers habitually resident in Germany or Austria, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the state of residence remain unaffected by this choice of law (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation); information on the statutory right of withdrawal can be found on the “Withdrawal” page.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the seat of CuraCap Schweiz GmbH (Canton of Solothurn), unless mandatory consumer jurisdictions apply.
