Training to become a certified FACE trainer.
Learn the FACE Method® personally from me, its developer: grounded in theory, intensive in practice and tailored individually to your learning progress.
- A solid training in anatomy, facial analysis and targeted muscle building.
- Intensive practical instruction and personal guidance in a 1:1 setting with me.
- An individual training path over about a year, with the option, depending on your progress, of guiding your first clients under supervision while still in training.
Course content
What you learn in the certification.
Theory, practice and individual application
The certification teaches far more than individual exercises. You learn how the musculature of the face and neck is built up, how the individual areas work together and how an individual training is created from this.
Understanding anatomy
Structure and function of the facial and neck musculature and its interplay with the bony structure of the face.
Applying the FACE Method® with confidence
Performing the exercises precisely, teaching them clearly, recognizing mistakes and guiding the client through the training step by step.
Analysing faces
Assessing proportions, asymmetries, muscle condition and the different needs of a face, and deriving the right training priorities from them.
Creating individual training plans
Combining exercises, sequence, intensity and progression so that they fit the individual face and the desired goal.
Personal guidance does not end with the completion of the certification. I remain at your side as a professional point of contact. Special situations we discuss together, so that you can develop a safe and suitable approach for every client.
Certification fee
CHF 10,000
The certification fee covers the complete, individually structured training to become a certified FACE trainer, with theoretical and practical instruction and personal one-on-one guidance by me over about a year.
Payment in installments possible by arrangement.
