Process
Everything starts with a personal conversation. I or your FACE trainer then analyze your face and put together your individual training plan. You learn the exercises step by step, one new one per session, because precision matters.
You carry out the daily training on your own at home. Analysis and guidance take place at the studio in Bettlach (Dorfstrasse 41, 2544 Bettlach), by video call or with a FACE trainer I have trained.
